2. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Delivery:
    You may request to cancel your order before the service or product is delivered. Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • After Delivery:
    Once the service or product has been delivered (digitally or physically), cancellation is not permitted.
  • Special Note:
    Custom or personalized services, such as handwritten assignments or project preparation, cannot be canceled once work has commenced.

3. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

  • Eligible Refund Cases:
    • If you are charged incorrectly or for a service you did not request.
    • If the product/service delivered is defective, incomplete, or significantly different from what was promised.
  • Non-Refundable Cases:
    • Services delivered as promised.
    • Downloadable digital content such as solved assignments or study materials once accessed.
    • Customized services such as handwritten assignments, synopsis, or projects that have been initiated or delivered.
  • Refund Request Timeframe:
    Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product or service. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.

4. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, contact us via WhatsApp or email with the following details:
    • Order ID or Transaction ID
    • Reason for Refund Request
    • Proof of any issue (e.g., screenshots or images of errors/defects)
  • Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
